Account information
Kora may process your email address, display name, verification status and other identity information needed to provide passwordless account access.
This page describes the categories of information represented in the current Kora platform and the practical ways to raise a privacy enquiry.
Kora is developed by Realtegic Tech Solutions. The summary below is based on the current product architecture and should not be treated as a substitute for formal legal advice.
Kora may process your email address, display name, verification status and other identity information needed to provide passwordless account access.
For Kora for Business, this can include organization, branch, staff profile, role, invitation, availability and service-assignment information.
Customer records, appointment details, queue activity and service history may be processed to help a business serve its customers.
Kora may store service and product records, inventory movements, posted transaction records, receipt summaries, payment records and correction activity. Kora is not a bank or payment processor.
The platform distinguishes recorded or disputed payment claims from financially posted transactions. Cash sessions, ledger entries, counted cash and variance are physical-custody records; raw payment-card data is not represented as a Kora account credential in the current architecture.
Information supports account access, workspace operations, bookings, customer experiences, reporting, access control, auditability and service improvement within the product.

Records are retained according to their operational purpose, account state and applicable business processes. Kora does not publish a fixed retention period on this implementation page.
You may contact Kora about accessing or correcting account information, or about a deletion request. Some records may need to be retained where they support business operations, financial history, security or auditability.
Kora uses passwordless email OTP authentication, session controls, role-based access, tenant and branch checks, audit events and protected server-side APIs. No unsupported certification or security guarantee is claimed here.
For privacy questions, contact info@koraafric.com. Include enough context for Kora to understand the account or business involved, but do not send passwords or OTP codes by email.
Kora uses Google Analytics on public website pages to understand website usage and performance. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies, and Google may process analytics data. Kora does not intentionally send account passwords, OTPs, payment details, customer records or authenticated workspace business data to Google Analytics. Authenticated workspace tracking is disabled in the current design. Optional analytics can be declined, and you can change your choice later through Cookie preferences in the public-site footer.
